  1. About Party Island Malta and Scope

Party Island Malta is an event promotion and ticketing brand. Depending on the event and product, Party Island Malta may act as:

Direct Seller (you buy a ticket/pack directly from Party Island Malta via our website or a Party Island Malta payment link), or

Promoter/Referrer (we redirect you to a third-party ticketing platform to complete your purchase).

Your rights, refunds, and responsibility for the transaction depend on where you complete the purchase.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or attend most events promoted on our site, unless the event explicitly states otherwise. You are responsible for confirming age requirements and entry conditions before purchasing.

  1. Tickets, Packs, and Purchases

3.1 Tickets & Packs Sold Directly by Party Island Malta (Direct Sale)

If you purchase directly from Party Island Malta, the contract of sale is between you and Party Island Malta for the ticket/pack described at checkout or in the payment link.

3.2 Tickets Purchased via Third-Party Platforms (Third-Party Sale)

If you are redirected to an external ticketing provider (e.g., “Get Your Tickets” or other platforms), the contract of sale is between you and that provider (and/or the event organizer, as applicable).

Party Island Malta does not control third-party checkout processes, ticket issuance, billing, cancellation, refunds, or entry management.

You must review the third party’s terms and policies before completing your purchase.

  1. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

4.1 Direct Sale Refunds (Purchased Directly from Party Island Malta)

Refunds are only available if the event is officially cancelled by the organizer.

If an event is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date.

No refunds will be issued for: late arrival, denied entry due to age, dress code, behavior, intoxication, venue policy, or if you do not attend for personal reasons.

Requests for changes (e.g., name corrections or date changes) may be considered case-by-case and subject to availability.

4.2 Third-Party Sale Refunds (Purchased via External Platforms)

If you purchased through a third-party platform:

Refunds, changes, cancellations, and disputes are governed entirely by the third party’s policies.

Party Island Malta cannot process refunds or changes for these transactions.

  1. Entry Policies and Venue Rules

Venues may enforce strict entry requirements (including dress code, age verification, valid ID, and behavior standards). Some venues also apply latest admission times, which may not always be printed on your ticket.

It is your responsibility to arrive early and comply with venue requirements.

No refunds will be issued for late arrival or failure to meet entry conditions.

Entry is always at the venue’s discretion, subject to applicable laws and venue policies.

  1. Modifications to Events, Service, and Prices

Event details, lineups, schedules, and prices may change without notice due to organizer or venue decisions.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We are not liable for changes, suspensions, or discontinuance of the Services to the maximum extent permitted by law.

  1. Billing and Account Information

For Direct Sale purchases, you must provide accurate billing/contact information.

For Third-Party Sale purchases, billing and personal data are collected and processed by the third-party provider, and you must update your information with them.

  1. Optional Tools

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsements. Use of these tools is at your own risk.

  1. Third-Party Links

Our site may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of third parties. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

  1. User Comments, Feedback, and Submissions
