Sunday in Malta used to be a choice: recovery dinner or one last night out. La Notte Vola at IT Malta (Mercury Towers, St Julian's) refuses to choose — it's dinner that gradually, deliciously, becomes a party.
How the night unfolds
Courses arrive; so does the band. The sax starts on stage and ends up at your table. Somewhere between mains and dessert the Italian classics take over, confetti happens, and the room stops pretending it came just to eat.
Why it works as a Sunday
It starts early enough to respect your Monday and ends high enough to count as a proper night out. For couples it's a date night; for groups it's the civilised-start-wild-finish formula that every crew has one fan of. (That fan is right.)

Quick answers
Is this a nightclub event?
No — it's a dinner show. You get a table and a full meal; the party finds you there.
Best for couples or groups?
Both. Two is romantic, ten is a riot. Tables are limited either way — book ahead.
